The Texas Mesonet has deployed a data ingest system capable of retaining a large volume of data in the filesystem.  Thus, access to recent event data is readily available to our Partners, allowing retrieval in the time necessary to perform the download.

Currently, we are offering Level II and Level III radar data.  The on-line cache holds approximately 30 days of data.

We are offering, on a trial basis, a 30-day cache of satellite imagery.

The data are available for http download at this time.  Other options will be enabled over time, including FTP access, and e-mail selection of files for targeted access.

Please send us a note (Texas Mesonet) telling us who has downloaded data, and what data were of interest.  This will help our sponsors determine the benefits of the project, and support further funding.
